No time payments, deposits, trades, or holds. Payment through Paypal only.

INSPECTION PERIOD
You have a 5–day inspection period during which time you may return the casting for an exchange if not fully satisfied. There are no refunds. Be aware you may have to wait for a replacement casting to be made, available from the next batch of castings. If the casting is damaged upon arrival, please take clear photos of the damage, both to the item and to the box. Photos of unsuitable quality void an exchange.
To return a casting for an exchange, it must be shipped with the same careful manner it was shipped to you, in the same box in which it was mailed, and with tracking service and delivery conformation. Accompanying the return, you must provide a written, signed, and dated explanation of why you were dissatisfied. The package must be postmarked within the 5–day inspection period.
Returns are void when the 5–day inspection period has expired, or if the casting was finished, damaged by the buyer, customized, exhibited or shown, resold, of it return shipment or handling caused loss or damage. Warranties and liabilities for each casting from Minkiewicz Studios LLC expire after the 5–day inspection period. There is no in–house repair service for damaged castings.

COPYRIGHT AND VARA NOTICE
Unpainted castings are intended to be completed using any form of applied finish or customization. Upon purchase, I transfer to the buyer the shared photographic copyright for promotion, or showing. I retain all copyrights for the edition, and also all VARA rights for those castings I complete.
In other words, you can customize your casting and finish it any way you wish, but you may not cast it or your remake, in whole or in part. I own my work and images as my intellectual property, making it both illegal and unethical to copy, duplicate, mimic, recast or otherwise recreate my original works, regardless of media. If in doubt, please ask permission first.
